Payments

If you are already a customer, the assigned payment conditions continue to apply. For example, if you previously enjoyed a 30-day payment term, this will continue to apply to orders you place via our website.

New customers are asked to pay for the first three orders in advance. You may then be granted other conditions after approval.

No discount is given for payment in advance.

You can pay with us with all major bank and credit cards. If you prefer to pay in cash, please note that we accept 5, 10 and 50 euro notes, but not the bigger brothers. Due to the imposed maximum payment amount, it is not possible to pay with Payconic, for example.

Delivery and shipping/collection

AEB delivers free of charge to 1 address in Belgium from 90 euros per shipment. You can indicate whether you want day or night delivery. We ship with Parts Express and Bpost as standard.

Collections are only possible by appointment, this way we can ensure that your order is actually ready for collection.

Deliveries outside Belgium are always ex works, where you as a customer decide with which carrier you want to have your goods collected.

Warranty and returns

First of all, we must refer to the legal provisions regarding warranty. If you wish to return a product that you suspect is under warranty or if you want to return a product for another reason, we ask you to contact us by email or telephone. We will give you a return number and can also arrange a collection for you if desired. As soon as the product has been checked by us, we will inform you of our findings and solution.

What are the opening hours?
AEB is open from Monday to Thursday from 7:50 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 4:40 PM. On Friday the hours are from 7:50 am to 12 noon and from 12:30 pm to 2 pm.
Can I collect my order?
Collections are only possible by appointment, this way we can ensure that your order is actually ready for collection.
How to become a customer?
If you are not yet a customer but you see possibilities with our offer, please send an email to info@aeb.be with your company details and a short motivation. We will quickly let you know if we can open an account for you. As soon as you have received a username and password from us, your e-shop is ready and you can see all your prices, stock, etc. and you can order immediately.
Backorders?
Sometimes it is not possible to fully deliver an order. However, subsequent deliveries are always made at no extra cost to you.
Stock status?
We inform you per product whether it is in stock or has a delivery time. AEB pays a lot of attention to this because the delivery time is important. However, the information is only a snapshot, so this is not an absolute guarantee. Therefore, always check your order confirmation carefully and feel free to call if there are matters that you would like to discuss separately.
Prices?
Once logged in, you will see all net prices without VAT that apply specifically to you. With many products you also get an extra low price that is linked to a certain purchase quantity. So you determine your benefit based on your consumption.
Special demands? Non-standard solutions?
On our site and in our e-shop you will find a multitude of products and solutions. If you don't find exactly what you had in mind, just get in touch. No question is too crazy, so we are happy to work with you to develop a suitable answer and solution. Other cable lengths are possible, repackaging can be done, separately labeled, kits can be put together, etc.
Appointment at the office or at your place?
Sometimes it is just necessary to meet each other. There are always matters that are easier to discuss face-to-face. So of course you are always welcome in our office after making an appointment, but if you prefer that we visit you, we will be happy to do so.
