No more calibration required and a very high accuracy of 0.5% (i.e. a difference of less than 5 m over 1 km).
You can store up to 20 waypoints per measurement. The measurement can be stopped and resumed whenever required.
You never lose track of the measurements, even when the engine stops. The data remain in memory until they are deleted.
