The Smartconnect was designed by us to enable you to connect a product such as a Trafled in a quick and tidy way.
You connect positive and negative and all wires coming from the control, the position on the terminal does not matter. If you then activate a button on the controller, the LED lights up at the position where you have to connect the wire coming from Trafled. You choose the wire according to the colour of the wire shown on the diagram. You don't need to read a diagram, just follow the colours. You can easily mount all wires on the screw terminals, after which you screw on the cover to protect the whole. Should you ever encounter an electrical fault, you can easily reach the screw terminals again and the LEDs give you a direct overview of whether all functions work or not. Soldered connections, for instance, do not offer you this possibility. So you don't need heat shrink tubing, solder or cable lugs - this is another saving.
