Payments

If you are already a customer, the payment terms granted will continue to apply. For example, if you previously enjoyed a 30-day payment term, then it will continue to apply to the orders you place via our website.

New customers are asked to pay the first three orders in advance. You can then be granted other conditions after approval.

No discount is given when paying in advance.

We currently only offer payment by bank transfer. We do not accept credit/debit cards, cash, etc.

Delivery and shipment / collection

AEB delivers free at 1 address in Belgium from 90 euros per shipment. You can indicate whether you want day or night delivery. We ship as standard with Parts Express and Bpost.

Pick-up is only possible by appointment, this way we can assure that your order is actually ready for pick-up.

Deliveries outside of Belgium are always ex works.  You can decide which carrier you want to pick up your goods.

Warranty and returns

First of all, we must refer to the legal provisions regarding warranty. If you want to return a product where you suspect it is covered by warranty or if you want to return a product for another reason, we ask you to contact us by email or telephone. We give you a return number and can also arrange the collection for you.  As soon as the return has been checked by us, we will inform you of our findings and solution.

What are the opening hours?
AEB is open from Monday to Thursday from 7:50 am to 12:00 and from 12:30 pm to 4:40 pm. On Friday, the hours are from 7:50 am to 12 pm and from 12:30 pm to 2 pm.
Can I collect my order?  Pick-ups are only possible by appointment, this way we can assure that your order is actually ready for pick-up.
New customer ? If you are not yet a customer but you see possibilities with our offer, send an email with your company details and a short motivation. We will let you know as soon as possible if we can open an account for you. As soon as you have received a username and password from us, your e-shop will be ready and you will see all your prices, stock, etc. and you can order immediately.
Back orders? Sometimes it is not possible to deliver an order in full. However, backorders are always sent free of charge.
Stock status? We indicate per product whether it is in stock or has a delivery time. AEB pays a lot of attention to this because the delivery time is important. However, the info is only a snapshot so this is not an absolute guarantee. Therefore always check your order confirmation carefully and call us if you have questions or remarks.
Prices ? Once logged in, you will see all net prices without VAT that are specifically applicable to you, and where applicable, we also indicate at which quantity you will receive an extra low net price.
Chat bot? Artificial intelligence has not yet penetrated and so we man our chat bot ourselves. As a result, it is only active when we are working ourselves, but at least we guarantee that you will get to-the-point answers.
Special demands ? Non-standard solutions? You will find a multitude of products and solutions on our site and in our e-shop. If you do not find exactly what you had in mind, just contact us. No question is too crazy, so together with you we are happy to work out a suitable answer and solution. For example, other cable lengths are possible, repackaging can be done, customized labelling is possible, kits can be put together, etc.
Appointment at the office or at your place? Sometimes it is necessary to meet each other. There are always issues that are easier to discuss face-to-face. So of course you are always welcome in our office after making an appointment, but if you prefer that we visit you, we will do this with pleasure
